    I have struggled to get a full night sleep for almost 2 decades after getting out of the Army. I tried OTC sleep aids, melatonin, and other homeopathic remedies and none of them worked.     I’ve tried both the CBD gummies and the Delta 9 gummies. It’s been about 9 months now and I vastly prefer the Delta 9. I use them primarily for sleep. The CBD did not relax me or help me sleep.
