  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for cancellation.

If you already received a tracking number via e-mail, contact us immediately so that we may try to retrieve your package before it leaves our facility.

We do not offer a 100% guarantee refund policy. If your product is damaged, defective, or lost in transit please contact our Customer Service Representative at support@shellshockcbd.com or 469-660-6877.

Our Promise  

 

The goal of our return/refund policy is to ensure our customers are well taken care of and their CBD/D8 needs are met in the most affordable and efficient manner possible.   

 

Gummy Money Back Guarantee Policy (effective 8-15-2022):  

 

  • Refunds/returns are only accepted from customers that purchased the product directly from our website, or Richardson, TX storefront.  
  • No more than four (4) gummies have been consumed and/or are missing from the bag.  
  • If the customer has purchased the same specific product more than once, a refund will not be given. This policy is valid for first time customers only.  
  • After 30 days from the date of purchase a refund/exchange will not be given.  
  • Upon approval we will send you a prepaid shipping label to send back your item. We will immediately notify you via email of the status of the refund once we have received and inspected the item. If all criteria for the return have been met, we will process your refund/exchange immediately and you will be notified via email.  
  • Returns that are soiled, damaged, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.  
  • Original order shipping costs are non-refundable.  
  • Only gummy products are eligible in this policy. (Rackouts, HALO, Airborne, and Fallouts)  
  • Sample/starter packs are not eligible.  

 

We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund/exchange for any customer if we feel the criteria we have outlined in this policy has not been met.  

 

To return an item for a refund/exchange, please first contact us at support@shellshockcbd.com so we may be able to better assist you with this process. Our goal is to make it as simple as possible for our customers. 

This will depend on what carrier and class you selected at checkout. The estimated delivery times (listed under Shipping FAQ) are not guaranteed and start from the moment your package leaves our facility, not when the order is submitted.  

Typically, if your order is placed Monday – Friday before 2pm CST it will go out same day. Orders placed Monday-Thursday after 2pm CST will go out the following day. Friday after 2pm CST will go out Monday or Tuesday, depending on the volume we experienced over the weekend. 

**Please note: This does not apply when we run sitewide sales and we are closed for national holidays.**

Wholesale B2B customers DO NOT login using the "account" icon. To access your Wholesale catalog, go to https://shellshockcbd.com/pages/wholesale and click "log into your account." Enter your email and check that email for your one-time passcode. Paste that code into the next login screen and you will be logged in to your account.

Our new login for Wholesale customers allows for easier and more secure logins using a one-time passcode sent to your email. Simply fill in your email on the login page and click "Continue." On the next page, you can paste the code from your email and login to your account.

Wholesale customers can view past wholesale orders associated with their account by logging into their B2B account.

Rewards Program

When you are logged into your rewards account, at the top of the page are 2 buttons (redeem now and rewards history). Select rewards history and see if your points from your last order were listed. It can take up to 24 hours for the points to reflect. If there is still an issues, please reach out to our team by email or chat and let us know your order number so we can ensure you received your points.

Yes. your points expire one year after the date earned.

Your one-time use coupon code will never expire. Cash it in when you need.

Login to your rewards account. Scroll to the bottom and fill in your email. Then it will prompt you to fill in your friends email or you have the option of sending the referral link via Facebook or Facebook Messenger.

The fraud prevention screening is detecting a possible issue. If this is not the case, please reach out to our team by email or chat.

Your referral link does not expire. You will get an email letting you know if and when your friend uses the referral discount code.

It can take up to 24 hours for your points to reflect on your account. Your friend does have to spend $50 to use their $20 off coupon. If they do not meet those requirements, you will not receive the points and they will not be able to use their discount code. If there is still an issues, please reach out to our team by email or chat.
