What is Delta-9?
is a psychoactive cannabinoid. It is an active compound that is associated with marijuana’s characteristic “high.” It also causes a well-known side effect, commonly referred to as “the munchies.”
Will Delta-9 Get You High?
Delta-9 THC will give you a high. The overall effects of Delta-9 can vary based on different factors, such as the dosage taken and the way the compounds interact with your personal cannabinoid receptors. While people report positive effects, like feelings of euphoria and relaxation, some users also report negative side effects, such as increased paranoia or restlessness. Delta-9 is more potent than Delta-8; some believe it to be about twice as strong overall. It’s best to start out with a lower dosage of Delta-9 so that you can get a better sense of how it influences your body.
What are the benefits of Delta-9?
Of course, people don’t just use Delta-9 because it can give you a high. It can promote relaxation, elevate the mood, and may help relieve inflammation associated with normal daily exercise and activity. Some people find it to be relaxing, while others say that it gives them energy.
WHY IS THERE ONLY 7.5MG OF DELTA-9 INCLUDED IN AIRBORNE GUMMIES, WHEN THE BAG SAYS 10MG?
The maximum amount that can be legally included in edibles is 7.5mg Delta-9. Because of this, our gummies technically only include 7.5mg of Delta-9 THC. In addition, there is 1 mg CBN, 1mg CBG, and 1mg CBC. These additional components (each explained below) help to enhance Delta-9.
CBN (cannabinol) is a cannabinoid, or one of the active ingredients in marijuana. These are the compounds that make marijuana behave the way it does inside the brain and body. CBN is a minor cannabinoid, which means it’s not initially present in marijuana in high concentrations the way THC and CBD usually are. Fresh marijuana typically contains very little CBN because this cannabinoid begins to appear as the plant material ages. If decarboxylated marijuana isn’t consumed, over time, the THC in it begins to turn into CBN. CBN is non-psychoactive and will not get you high.
Benefits of CBN:
-Promotes Relaxation
-Promotes the body’s innate resistance to pathogens
-May help relieve inflammation associated with normal daily exercise and activity
What is CBG?
CBG (cannabigerol) is the organic compound that CBD and several other cannabinoids originally started as. It is one of the minor compounds found in marijuana. CBG is the decarboxylated form of cannabigerolic acid, the parent molecule from which other cannabinoids are synthesized. CBG is non-psychoactive and will not get you high.
Benefits of CBG:
-May help relieve inflammation associated with normal daily exercise and activity
-Promotes the body’s innate resistance to pathogens
-Promotes mental alertness
-Supports ocular health
-Helps maintain emotional balance
What is CBC?
CBC (cannabichromene) is the third most abundant cannabinoid in the hemp plant after CBD (cannabidiol) and THC (tetrahydrocannabinol). This cannabinoid is considered a “sibling” of CBD and THC because it’s made from the same precursor — CBG (cannabigerol). CBC is non-psychoactive and will not get you high.
Benefits of CBC:
-Supports normal recovery from stress
-Helps maintain normal emotional balance
-Supports skin health
-May help relieve inflammation associated with normal daily exercise and activity
