For your first dose you should not take more than a 1/2 gummy and you should wait at least one hour before consuming more. Taking each gummy contains 50mg of delta-8 THC, which can produce the sensation of a strong high if taken on an empty stomach. It can take time to feel the full effects so use caution.     My favorite of all the others because of effectiveness.

    These are the best dosages for the sensation they have for me,
