For your first dose you should not take more than a 1/2 gummy and you should wait at least one hour before consuming more.     Great Gummies!

    If I have a day where my pain is off the charts or need a good night's sleep these definitely help a ton! I use the Fallout Gummies and the regular Halo Delta 8 Gummies most of the the time for during the day. They all help keep me moving after multiple surgeries and severe Rheumatoid Arthritis.
