    I bought these to help wind me down at night, shut my restless brain off and relax. I was using 1/4 of a square for a while and seemed to have developed a tolerance so I took a 1/2 square recently. (No alcohol, 1/2 pizza for dinner, some chocolate and sparkling water.)

    BAD IDEA, had a pretty severe high; visual, auditory, body, etc. I guess 1/2 is too much for me. I’ll just use it more sparingly.

    This product is no joke. GO EASY
