Roll the product onto the affected area in a circular motion. Use 1-3 passes per application. Do not use on open wounds, thin skin areas or sensitive skin. Use up to 4 times a day as desired. Roll on roll out is awesome
Ive never really used any CBD products before. I have some lower back issues and i got some roll on roll out to try. I used to use biofreeze, but after a few days it stopped working for me. This stuff is amazing. Theres no mess and it dries really quickly. Within a few minutes the pain and even stiffness in my back pretty much goes away. I will definitely be buying more in the future!

Up and down 6 flights
Up and down 6 flights of stairs over 7 times after being wfh for years really makes your legs hurt......until you use the roll on!! My legs thank you tremendously Shell Shock CBD. My muscles were tight until I did a roll. Now they are as loose as Kamala AKA super loose ahhhhhhh

Great Product
I was on the fence aout buying this as I allergic to cannabis products. I figured I would give it a try since no THC is in the product. First off no allergic reaction, second the product works, when I apply it to my elbow, knees, the pain fades away and last. Definitely give this product a try..... Also no issues with shipping 👍

Icy hot can suck it
Love this stuff rolls on easy takes the ache away and lets me get back to it. Just like most men in the sack it doesn’t last too long unfortunately however it’s a well earned relief after carrying 50 plus pounds of gear for 12 hours. 9/10.
