Kratom Strains
The strains of Kratom generally fall into 3 categories: green, white, and red. The strains are determined by the color of the leaf’s veins. As Kratom is grown in several regions, you may encounter things such as a Green Malay vs. a Green Bali, however, these are not different strains just different regions. The effects of the regional differences should still be the same.
Green Strain Kratom
Green strain is known best as the starter strain for those who are new to taking Kratom. Its effects include:
- Mild energy boost similar to a cup of coffee
- Mild to moderate pain relief
- Mild mood elevator
- Mild anti-anxiety

Red Strain Kratom
Red Strain Kratom is best known for its pain relief and sedative qualities. Its effects include:
- Moderate to strong pain relief
- Aid in relaxing the body and providing better sleep
- Possible moderate euphoric effects

White Strain Kratom
White Strain Kratom is the “get-up-and-go” Kratom. Its effects include:
- Moderate to strong energy boost similar to an energy drink or pre-workout
energy supplement - Moderate to strong mood boost

How do I take Kratom, and how long does it last?
The recommended single dose of any strain of Kratom is the equivalent of 2-3g dry leaf powder with a maximum dose of 5g. The effects generally last from 2-4 hours.
Is Kratom addictive?
Kratom used in recommended doses has not been shown to be any more addictive than other stimulants in its category, such as coffee. However, Kratom in high doses has shown to have the potential for abuse which is why it is important to stress that Kratom products should be used as directed.
Can I fail a drug test on Kratom?
Kratom isn’t detectable on the standard 5-panel drug test, but it does show up in blood or urine tests. Additionally, there is a specific Kratom drug test known as the Kratom 10-panel test that clinicians can administer. In short, Kratom does show up on some drug tests. Because of this, a person concerned about being tested may decide it’d be better to not use Kratom and instead try CBD as an alternative.
TASTE OF KRATOM
The taste of our Kratom gummies is unlike any of our other delicious gummies because they’re bitter. While the gummies do have a lime flavor to them, the bitterness of Kratom remains strong and is the dominant flavor. This taste is very normal for Kratom, so please don’t be alarmed when you initially try them if you don’t have much experience with Kratom.
Our Kratom
Our Kratom is a Green Indo in gummy form, which means that it was made by adding Kratom extract to the gummies. It is called “full spectrum” because like full spectrum CBD extracts, the extract used to create our gummies retains all the original alkaloids, lipids, and active Kratom as the dry leaf powder. To take a recommended dose with our gummies, 3-4 gummies is the equivalent of one dry leaf dose (2-3g dry leaf powder). If a person experiences too strong of an effect with a full dose, our gummies allow the person to cut back their dose to a smaller one that most powder and/or pill products would not allow (micro-dosing), as each gummy has the equivalent of approximately .67-.75g of plain leaf powder per gummy.
