For your first dose you should not take more than a 1/2 gummy and you should wait at least one hour before consuming more. Take each gummy with food or eat within 10 to 30 minutes after taking. Each gummy contains 10 mg (7.5mg delta-9 THC, 1mg CBN, 1mg CBG, 1 mg CBC), which can produce the sensation of a strong high if taken on an empty stomach. It can take time to feel the full effects so use caution, especially if you elect to take more than the recommended amount.

Delta-9 THC may affect blood pressure, heart rate, and/or intraocular pressure in some people. If you have heart, blood pressure, eye, eye pressure, or similar/related issues, do not use this product unless recommended by a doctor.
