For orders placed during our Black Friday sale, please keep in mind:

– Double check ALL of the following: your shipping address is correct and complete; you’ve input the discount code; you’ve selected the shipping method you’d like to use; you have all the products included that you’d like to purchase. Missing information WILL cause extended processing delays.

– Allow for a longer support response time: Supervisors will be monitoring incoming orders over the weekend, however full support staff will not be back in the office until Monday, 11/29. 

– All customer service inquiries will be answered in the order they’re received.

– All orders will be shipped in the order they’re placed. Please allow for an extended processing time with the understanding that full staff won’t be back in office until Monday, 11/29.
