**Please note: Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9a-5p CST. Emails and voicemails will be answered in the order they are received and responded to within 24 – 48 hours during the weekday.
For orders placed during our Black Friday sale, please keep in mind:
– Double check ALL of the following: your shipping address is correct and complete; you’ve input the discount code; you’ve selected the shipping method you’d like to use; you have all the products included that you’d like to purchase. Missing information WILL cause extended processing delays.
– Allow for a longer support response time: Supervisors will be monitoring incoming orders over the weekend, however full support staff will not be back in the office until Monday, 11/29.
