Return Policy

We DO NOT offer a full refund guarantee, however, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please e-mail our Customer Relations Department immediately at support@shellshockcbd.com.

Depending on the circumstance, our team will e-mail you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label and will process the requested refund, as soon as the damaged/defective product arrives to our facility.

To ensure efficient and speedy service, please provide our team with the order number, reason you’re requesting a refund, and photos of the damaged/defective product(s), if applicable.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your account.

The goal of our return/refund policy is to ensure our customers are well taken care of and their CBD/D8 needs are met in the most affordable and efficient manner possible.   

 

Gummy Money Back Guarantee Policy (effective 8-15-2022):  

 

  • Refunds/returns are only accepted from customers that purchased the product directly from our website, or Richardson, TX storefront.  
  • No more than four (4) gummies have been consumed and/or are missing from the bag.  
  • If the customer has purchased the same specific product more than once, a refund will not be given. This policy is valid for first time customers only.  
  • After 30 days from the date of purchase a refund/exchange will not be given.  
  • Upon approval we will send you a prepaid shipping label to send back your item. We will immediately notify you via email of the status of the refund once we have received and inspected the item. If all criteria for the return have been met, we will process your refund/exchange immediately and you will be notified via email.  
  • Returns that are soiled, damaged, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.  
  • Original order shipping costs are non-refundable.  
  • Only gummy products are eligible in this policy. (Rackouts, HALO, Airborne, and Fallouts)  
  • Sample/starter packs are not eligible.  

 

We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund/exchange for any customer if we feel the criteria we have outlined in this policy has not been met.  

 

To return an item for a refund/exchange, please first contact us at support@shellshockcbd.com so we may be able to better assist you with this process. Our goal is to make it as simple as possible for our customers.

Cancellation Policy

Orders placed before 2pm CST Tuesday-Friday are typically packaged and shipped same day, unless the order was placed during peak times (sales, product release days, holidays, etc.). If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Relations Department immediately at support@shellshockcbd.com or (469) 660-6877.

If your order has not left our facility, our team will notify the Shipping Department and process your refund right away.

If your order has been shipped and you still wish to cancel, our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label, via e-mail. The refund will be processed as soon as the product has arrived at our facility.
