For your first dose, you should not take more than a 0.5ml ( 1ml = 1 full dropper) and you should wait at least one hour before consuming more. Take each dose with food or eat within 10 to 30 minutes after taking. Each 0.5ml contains 10mg of delta-8 THC, which can produce the sensation of a strong high if taken on an empty stomach.
